👕 DTF Print Processor

Upload Image

How It Works

  1. Upload your artwork or photo (PNG, JPEG, etc.)
  2. Adjust the settings – dot spacing, size, angle, saturation, and background removal
  3. The tool applies halftone processing: continuous gradients become printable dot patterns
  4. Download the transparent PNG and send it straight to your DTF printer

💡 Why halftone? DTF printers lay down tiny ink droplets. Smooth gradients and photos print best when pre-converted to dot patterns of varying sizes—large dots for dark areas, small dots for light areas. This prevents banding and produces vivid, accurate colour on fabric.
