How It Works
- Upload your artwork or photo (PNG, JPEG, etc.)
- Adjust the settings – dot spacing, size, angle, saturation, and background removal
- The tool applies halftone processing: continuous gradients become printable dot patterns
- Download the transparent PNG and send it straight to your DTF printer
Why halftone? DTF printers lay down tiny ink droplets. Smooth gradients and photos print best when pre-converted to dot patterns of varying sizes — large dots for dark areas, small dots for light areas. This prevents banding and produces vivid, accurate colour on fabric.
